Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chopped greens (spinach, kale, or chard)
  • 1 can Cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped greens, cannellini beans, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • In a small bowl, mix the bread crumbs with olive oil until they are evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the top of the casserole.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
