Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped greens, cannellini beans, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
In a small bowl, mix the bread crumbs with olive oil until they are evenly coated.
Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the top of the casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
