Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cups Sauerkraut
  • 2 cups Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion is tender.
  • In a baking dish, layer the sauerkraut, then the beef mixture, followed by the mashed potatoes.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes:

Feel free to add more spices to taste. Serve with a side of green salad or steamed vegetables.
