Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion is tender.
In a baking dish, layer the sauerkraut, then the beef mixture, followed by the mashed potatoes.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes:
Feel free to add more spices to taste. Serve with a side of green salad or steamed vegetables.
