Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 lb white fish fillets
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, milk, shredded cheese, frozen peas, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and pour the rice mixture over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add any other vegetables you like, such as carrots or bell peppers.
