Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 bulbs fennel, sliced
  • 1 unit onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  • Add fennel slices, cook for 5-7 minutes until slightly tender.
  • Transfer fennel mixture to a baking dish. Pour heavy cream over the top.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Bake for 45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
