Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken shredded
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheddar cheese, and cooked rice. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to substitute the chicken with turkey or beef. You can also use fresh vegetables instead of frozen ones.
