Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a baking dish.
Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters and place in the baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set.
Drizzle with the icing from the cinnamon roll cans before serving.
Notes:
Best served warm. You can add nuts or fruits for extra flavor.
