cream of mushroom soup

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the chorizo over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
In a large bowl, mix the cooked chorizo, cream of mushroom soup, milk, frozen peas, and half of the shredded cheese.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Top with an even layer of tater tots.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or corn for extra flavor.
