Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb chorizo crumbled
  • 1 bag tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen peas

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the chorizo over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cooked chorizo, cream of mushroom soup, milk, frozen peas, and half of the shredded cheese.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Top with an even layer of tater tots.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or corn for extra flavor.
