Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add chili beans and diced tomatoes to the skillet. Stir to combine and heat through.
In a mixing bowl, prepare cornbread mix according to package instructions, using the milk and egg.
Spread the beef mixture in a baking dish. Sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Pour the cornbread batter over the top of the beef mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cornbread is golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add more cheese on top if you like it extra cheesy!
