Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix blueberries, sugar, and lemon zest.
  • In another bowl, whisk melted butter, eggs, and milk.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in blueberry mixture.
  • Pour batter into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool before serving.

Notes:

Best served warm with a dollop of whipped cream.
