Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix blueberries, sugar, and lemon zest.
In another bowl, whisk melted butter, eggs, and milk.
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in blueberry mixture.
Pour batter into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool before serving.
Notes:
Best served warm with a dollop of whipped cream.
