Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian sausage mild or spicy
  • 4 cups kale chopped
  • 3 cups potatoes diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • In a large bowl, combine the sausage mixture, chopped kale, diced potatoes, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Stir well.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
