Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
In a large bowl, combine the sausage mixture, chopped kale, diced potatoes, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Stir well.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Season with salt and black pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
