Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, mushrooms, shredded cheese, and bread crumbs.
In a saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the milk. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the milk mixture over the zucchini and mushrooms. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
