Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, mushrooms, shredded cheese, and bread crumbs.
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the milk. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour the milk mixture over the zucchini and mushrooms. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
