Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Basil, chopped
  • 1 cup Green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup Pie crust

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Layer the sliced tomatoes in a baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
  • Spread the cheese mixture over the tomatoes.
  • Sprinkle chopped basil and green onions on top.
  • Cover with pie crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other herbs or spices to taste.
