Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  • Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup. Mix well.
  • Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish. Top with an even layer of tater tots.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add some veggies like peas or corn for extra flavor and nutrition.
