Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Spread the spinach mixture evenly in the dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
