Ingredients:

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled sausage
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  • Stir in the cheese, bell peppers, onions, sausage, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
