Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz Pasta, cooked
  • 1/4 cup Butter melted
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice fresh
  • 2 tbsp Parsley chopped

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  • Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shrimp mixture, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and parsley.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:
