Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, potatoes, cheddar cheese, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper.
  • Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the mixture into the dish.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some chopped parsley on top for garnish.
