Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, potatoes, cheddar cheese, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper.
Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the mixture into the dish.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add some chopped parsley on top for garnish.
