Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Layer the sliced radishes in a baking dish. Pour the cream mixture over the radishes. Top with grated cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes until the radishes are tender and the top is golden brown.
Notes:
Feel free to add some herbs like thyme or rosemary for extra flavor.
