Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced radishes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated cheese Cheddar or your choice
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  • Layer the sliced radishes in a baking dish. Pour the cream mixture over the radishes. Top with grated cheese.
  • Bake for 45 minutes until the radishes are tender and the top is golden brown.

Notes:

Feel free to add some herbs like thyme or rosemary for extra flavor.
