Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Breakfast sausage
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in cooked sausage and shredded cheese.
  • Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until set and golden brown.

Notes:

Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. You can also add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for extra flavor.
