Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Chopped spinach fresh or frozen
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, spinach, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
