Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 cup Cauliflower Rice
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, cauliflower rice, shredded cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is cooked through.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
