Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussel Sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the brussel sprouts, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the brussel sprouts are tender and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some crispy bacon bits on top for extra flavor.
