Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix the haricot verts, cream of mushroom soup, half of the fried onions, shredded cheddar cheese, black pepper, and salt.
Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Remove the casserole from the oven and sprinkle the remaining fried onions on top.
Return the casserole to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the onions are golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
