Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb haricot verts trimmed
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup fried onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the haricot verts, cream of mushroom soup, half of the fried onions, shredded cheddar cheese, black pepper, and salt.
  • Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  • Remove the casserole from the oven and sprinkle the remaining fried onions on top.
  • Return the casserole to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the onions are golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
