shredded cheddar cheese

sour cream

uncooked egg noodles

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the sauerkraut, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
In a separate pot, cook the egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and add to the beef mixture. Stir to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
