Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can sauerkraut (14 oz), drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 cup uncooked egg noodles
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain any excess fat.
  • Stir in the sauerkraut, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • In a separate pot, cook the egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and add to the beef mixture. Stir to combine.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
