cheddar cheese, shredded

cream of mushroom soup

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a baking dish, layer half of the potatoes, carrots, and onions. Add the cooked ground beef on top.
Layer the remaining potatoes, carrots, and onions. Spread the cream of mushroom soup over the top.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove foil, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add other veggies like peas or corn for extra flavor.
