Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Form into patties.
In a baking dish, layer the hamburger patties, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and frozen mixed vegetables.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
