Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Form into patties.
  • In a baking dish, layer the hamburger patties, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and frozen mixed vegetables.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
