Ingredients:

  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and milk together.
  • Add the diced ham, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir well.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
