beef broth

salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
In a baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes, chopped cabbage, and ground beef mixture.
Pour the beef broth over the layers. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove the foil, sprinkle the shredded cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
This casserole is great for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
