Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (Gluten-Free)
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 bag Frozen Tater Tots
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the beef mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
  • Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite spices or additional vegetables to the mix.
