Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning to the beef and cook according to the packet instructions.
In a baking dish, layer half of the Fritos, then the beef mixture, enchilada sauce, and cheese. Repeat the layers.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add some jalapeños or olives for extra flavor.
