  • 6 cups thinly sliced potatoes
  • 2 cups shredded cheese Gruyere or Swiss
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup crushed French fried onions

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, shredded cheese, French onion soup, and sour cream. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the crushed French fried onions on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
