Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish fillets cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 8 oz tortilla chips crushed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lime juice fresh
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the fish, salsa, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Layer half of the crushed tortilla chips in the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Spread the fish mixture over the chips.
  • Top with the remaining crushed tortilla chips and shredded cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the fish is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve with sour cream on the side.

Notes:

You can add some chopped cilantro or green onions on top for extra flavor.
