Enchilada sauce
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning to the beef and mix well.
In a mixing bowl, combine refried beans and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and bean mixture, then roll up and place in the baking dish.
Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the tortillas and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes:
Serve with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa for extra flavor.
