Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 1 can Refried beans
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 8 pieces Flour tortillas
  • 1 can Enchilada sauce

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning to the beef and mix well.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine refried beans and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
  • Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and bean mixture, then roll up and place in the baking dish.
  • Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the tortillas and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes:

Serve with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa for extra flavor.
