Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup bean sprouts fresh
  • 1 cup cooked chicken diced
  • 1/2 cup green onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs.
  • Add the bean sprouts, cooked chicken, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper to the eggs. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
