Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 package Pizza Dough
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers diced
  • 1 cup Onions diced

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Mix the marinara sauce with the cooked ground beef. Set aside.
  • Roll out the pizza dough and press it into a greased casserole dish, making sure to cover the bottom and sides.
  • Spread the ricotta cheese over the pizza dough.
  • Layer the ground beef mixture over the ricotta cheese.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, diced bell peppers, and onions.
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
