Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs fresh spinach washed and chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, melted butter, salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

For a bit of crunch, you can add some breadcrumbs on top before baking.
