Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Cod fillets cut into pieces
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, milk, cheddar cheese, melted butter, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the cod pieces in a baking dish and pour the mixture over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some vegetables like peas or carrots for extra flavor and nutrition.
