Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onions over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onions are tender. Drain any excess fat.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef and onions, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and frozen mixed vegetables. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish. Top with an even layer of tater tots.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
