Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 bag Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 package Tater Tots

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onions over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onions are tender. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef and onions, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and frozen mixed vegetables. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish. Top with an even layer of tater tots.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole can be prepared a day in advance and refrigerated until ready to bake.
