Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 8 pieces Flour Tortillas
  • 1 can Refried Beans

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the taco seasoning and water according to the packet instructions. Simmer until thickened.
  • In a baking dish, layer half of the tortillas, tearing them as needed to fit.
  • Spread the refried beans over the tortillas.
  • Top with the cooked beef mixture, then spread the salsa over the beef.
  • Layer the remaining tortillas on top, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

You can customize this casserole by adding your favorite toppings like sour cream, guacamole, or chopped cilantro.
