Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning and water according to the packet instructions. Simmer until thickened.
In a baking dish, layer half of the tortillas, tearing them as needed to fit.
Spread the refried beans over the tortillas.
Top with the cooked beef mixture, then spread the salsa over the beef.
Layer the remaining tortillas on top, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
