Kidney beans, drained and rinsed

Elbow macaroni, uncooked

Cheddar cheese, shredded

Black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add onion and garlic to the pot. Cook until softened.
Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in cooked macaroni and half of the shredded cheese.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes:
Feel free to add more spices or vegetables to suit your taste.
