Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.75 oz)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 cups cooked pasta
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef and onion, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and cooked pasta. Mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:
