Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can crescent rolls 8 oz
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain fat.
  • Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Unroll crescent rolls and spread them in a baking dish, pressing seams together to form a crust.
  • Spread beef mixture over the crescent roll crust.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until crescent rolls are golden brown and cheese is melted.

Notes:

Feel free to add pickles or other favorite burger toppings before baking.
