Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 box Rice-a-Roni any flavor
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup water

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Prepare Rice-a-Roni according to package instructions.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, prepared Rice-a-Roni, cream of mushroom soup, and water. Mix well.
  • Pour mixture into a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes:

This casserole is perfect for a family dinner. Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
