Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Prepare Rice-a-Roni according to package instructions.
In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, prepared Rice-a-Roni, cream of mushroom soup, and water. Mix well.
Pour mixture into a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes:
This casserole is perfect for a family dinner. Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
