Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuit Dough

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the frozen mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  • Transfer the beef mixture to a casserole dish.
  • Top with the refrigerated biscuit dough, spacing them evenly over the beef mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This beef pot pie casserole is a great make-ahead meal. You can prepare the beef mixture in advance and refrigerate it until you're ready to bake.
