Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the frozen mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth to the skillet. Stir to combine.
Transfer the beef mixture to a casserole dish.
Top with the refrigerated biscuit dough, spacing them evenly over the beef mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
