Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast, shredded
  • 1 cup Low-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Low-Fat Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Broccoli, steamed and chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped broccoli, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole is perfect for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
