Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, milk, melted butter, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the zucchini is tender.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

You can add some chopped onions or bell peppers for extra flavor.
