Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, cheddar cheese, sour cream, onions, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
