Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the butternut squash, chopped onions, and minced garlic.
Add the coconut milk, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the bread crumbs evenly over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the squash is tender and the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
