Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the milk, beaten eggs, salt, and pepper.
Layer the sliced summer sausage in a baking dish.
Pour the milk and egg mixture over the sausage.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
Top with breadcrumbs.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
