Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles, spinach, sour cream, cheddar cheese, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add more cheese on top before baking for an extra cheesy crust.
