Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles, spinach, sour cream, cheddar cheese, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to add more cheese on top before baking for an extra cheesy crust.
